OK.  I warned all of you the days would come.  I am asking for some crazy things for the rest of the school year.  We will be doing some fun experiments and our invention stations.  We need several items to make this a successful and out-of-this-world experience.  I will make a list here of SOME of the things we may need.  If your child comes home and says “Mom I need to bring…”  believe them:-).

Items needed for sure:  2 liter bottles, water bottles, rubber bands (big and small), paper plates (not coated), buttons or things that could be used as wheels, balloons, rods of any sort, and any other item that could be used as an invention.

Please continue reading with your kiddos.  Fluency is the big issue right now!!!

Math: Money, let them count a collection of coins to get better and better.  Time 1/2 hour is stumping some of them!  Double digit addition and subtraction, please remind them to start with the ones (happy face) column.
